creative listening

so i'm at home sharing the old ass desktop that is in the laundry room with my father, brother, and horrible homophobic step-mom, but i really want to listen to podcasts as they make the world better...so i'm downloading them, putting them on cd-r, then as i am sharing my room with my brother (eww, it smells like boy, but my step mother took over the other rooms in the house for her weaving...dont ask) i either have to transfer them to a friends computer to then get them on my ipod...but it is just easier to find my old discman somewhere ....i didnt realize how much i loved having them on my nice handheld ipod until i could no longer update it...running with a discman sucks, but i must get the podcasts
....ahhh being home for the summer is awesome, i am so looking forward to moving to DC in a month (hopefully with a new laptop, i'm drowning in laptop reviews and advice...i think i'll just get whatever is the shinniest thats always a good bet)
